Tot Tower Recall Press Release We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products to engage and entertain children. We therefore want to notify you of a potential safety risk involving the Tot Tower toy and our plan to address and resolve this issue. There have been reports of isolated incidents of sheets of plastic film laminate being peeled off Tot Tower blocks. Although no report of any injury has been received, we are concerned this could present a choking risk to small children. We therefore have voluntarily notified the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and have agreed upon a course of action to remedy the situation. If you have purchased our Tot Tower toy since January of 2003, we ask that you remove the toy from your children immediately, and return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers who do not want to mail the Tot Towers can return the Tot Tower to the store they purchased them from for a full refund. You do not have to fill out the form below. All other consumers may use the form below to receive a suitable replacement product (not a Tot Tower.) In exchange for the return of the Tot Towers we will also send you a small gift to thank you for your cooperation. Retailers with Tot Towers in their possession can also fill out the recall form below to get a full credit for the returned Tot Towers.
